Our new company features Traditional Vienna pastries as well the existing fine Catering services.
Chef and Owner Pascal was raised and trained in France where he worked as apprentice under under chef Quinton, as chef de partie at the Goyen under Adolphe Bosser and later at the 2 star Michelin Château de Bricourt under Roelinger where he obtained his well deserved certificate. Pascal became Chef de cuisine at 24 and 7 months later, the new restaurant he worked at obtained a 13/20 first rating at the Gault-Millau. The restaurant expended the following year with a new dining room to accommodate the growing clientele. Canada came next and Vancouver the following year where he opened Le Cyrano restaurant. In 2003 he sold the restaurant and kept the Catering division. At the same time, a 4 year contract with Coast hotels as Executive chef brought him even more credentials.
Today, Pascal is versatile and offers consulting to new restaurants, Fine catering services, is developing Vienna Pastry recipes and plans on opening a boutique with his wife later this year or 2010 that will feature "warm from the oven" Organic pastries, our own line of products, Catering packages et more...
